This is the drawing I did for laminating tillers for the Pirate Team. (I love it, John Welsford's SCAMP plans specify "tiller to suit," so you get to make it up yourself!!)
Since building at our "Foil Camp" at Keith's place, I now know I should've plotted and dimensioned the bottom curve before tapering, because the laminating mould has to be convex, not concave! And, the taper should be taken off the bottom, so the top-most lamination runs the entire length, of course. No worries, we just used the top curve points to build the mould, I think it'll work fine.
Now we've glued up blanks, I think the taper defined on my drawing runs to a forward-end dimension that's somewhat too fine. Derek is going to leave his full depth, just round it, but that'll be way too heavy IMHO. I think I'll add about 2.5mm to the drawing specs at the forward end, and run it out gradually to about the 100mm mark. I'll see how that goes, anyway. It's easier to take more wood off, but adding on would be another story.
